Stay-at-home drive-in movie

This idea is simple, and will work for any age group that can still move. Most people will enjoy it if they're any fun at all.

Drive-in movies are awesome. For some reason, there's something about sitting in a car for hours and watching a movie that makes the film so much more enjoyable than it would be in comfy theatre chairs. But you don't always want to go somewhere, and there are fewer drive-in theaters now-a-days. So here is what I suggest.

• Get large boxes, one for each person that will be attending your event. Make the boxes large enough that people could sit in them. This might be difficult for your giant friends, but I guess you could always give 'em a couch so they can still enjoy the movie.
• Decorate the boxes to look like a car. If this event is for kids, you can already have car-type things outlined on the boxes for the children to color.
• Have cool movie treats, because everyone likes food. 
• Sit inside a large room and watch a movie.

Like I said, simple. If you want to make this event a little bigger, here are some more suggestions:

• If your room is large enough, get some painters tape and make a track. Have people hoist the boxes up (just cut out the bottom of the box) and have a race. Believe it or not, people older than 5 will still like this...if they're awesome, anyway.
• If you have a projector, take this event outside. Anyone who walks by will be super jealous, and you will feel super awesome.
• Have a prize for the best car/box.
